3 Ways To Relieve Headaches


In addition to the 5 stress headache relief tips I've already listed, here are 3 more you may not know of.........

1.)
Water - One of the most common causes of headaches is dehydration. It's recommended you drink about 10 eight-ounce glasses of water a day (check with your doctor for your specific recommended amount). The good news is drinking water will almost immediately relieve your headache.

2.)
Food - When was the last time you ate? Waiting too long to eat causes the sugar levels in your body to drop...triggering a headache. Eating your meals on time, and keeping healthy snacks around in between is the best way to avoid it.

3.) Intimacy - The climax during intimacy with your partner actually helps relieve headaches. How you ask?...Endorphins are released during a climax which give a relaxed feeling.
